Client Testimonials

‘Katy was (and is still after 2 years) there for me during my hardest and saddest times. I know I pay her to be there but she does way more then her ‘job’ requires. I have never had a therapist that has given what Katy has given me in terms of support and growth. She gave me tools to help me cope and guided me though very difficult emotions. I can now understand myself, regulate my thoughts and emotions, and be accepting of all of me. She made me feel like a loved individual and human. She provided me with support that has made me a better and happier person. I am very grateful for her and would not be in the same place without her compassion and acceptance.’

‘Katy speaks from a direct yet gentle truth. She is compassionate and intuitive and speaks from her heart. I always feel safe to be who I am with no judgment from her. Her warmth and sincerity always made me come out of a session with a newfound piece of love for myself’s.

‘Katy helped our family tremendously. My child saw her weekly for over a year. In that year, I saw significant improvement in his behaviors and reactions to everyday obstacles. She helped improved my parenting by giving me techniques that helped me reach my child emotionally and intellectually. She helped our family establish trust, enhance communication, and establish boundaries. She was a life saver for my child and our family.’

‘Katy is an amazing human and has helped me along my journey tremendously! As a touring musician, I have suffered a lot of trauma and Katy has helped me through these very hard times. She has worked with me to resolve issues and remove emotional barriers. I am grateful for her expertise and care!’
